High-quality CPR and early defibrillation for adults, children and infants, updated to the 2025 international resuscitation guidelines.

Life-threatening external haemorrhage in trauma: recognition and control

Find and stop catastrophic external bleeding first: direct pressure, wound packing, haemostatic dressings and tourniquets, then the hospital steps that keep the patient alive.

Ebola (Bundibugyo virus disease): ED readiness, isolation and safe care

The 2026 Bundibugyo outbreak has reached Nigeria. Screen at the door, isolate, inform, protect staff with correct PPE, give good supportive care and handle samples, exposures and deaths safely. No licensed vaccine or treatment exists for this species.
