EM EdgeMed West African EM exam-prep platform

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or a licensed medical student or healthcare professional authorised to use exam preparation materials in your jurisdiction. One account per person; you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.

2. The Service

EdgeMed EM provides multiple-choice question banks, written explanations, teaching points, performance analytics, and related study tools for emergency medicine exam preparation across three product tracks (Primaries, Membership, and Fellowship). Features and pricing for each track are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time on reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, teaching points, images, and other materials on the Service ("Content") are owned by EdgeMed Education Ltd or our content partners and licensors. During the term of your subscription we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to access the Content for your individual exam preparation. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.

8. Privacy

Our collection and handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service in whole or in material part. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@edgemedem.com.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of Ghana law or other applicable mandatory law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and by an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, save where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
